Jeremey Hunter has more than 10 years of project and program management experience in the construction industry.  He is highly familiar with planning, designing, and the construction of residential & commercial facilities. Jeremey is adept in directing multiple projects simultaneously, with budgets ranging from $10,000 to $3 million.  He has proven his ability to complete projects on time and within budget. He is knowledgeable in bid procedures, compliance and safety requirements, building codes, and estimation.  Jeremey is able to negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.  He is proficient in serving as liaison to clients, engineers, architects, and government officials.  Jeremey has the ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documentation. Best of all, Jeremey boasts outstanding communication skills.
